The Employee Engagement and Education Program provides education and support groups to employees in-house. It is a community service that we deliver and work with employers to coordinate services to their employees on-site.
Solstice Behavioral Health & Consulting is regularly engaged in community events to spread Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) awareness and solutions. As part of our community outreach initiative, our Solstice team of experts partners with private and public organizations to provide customized on-site and telehealth training and education to employees who have a child with special needs. That means you and your child can receive company-sponsored or subsidized therapy from our highly skilled experts.

Parent Training Lecture Series
The core goal of parent training is to help you understand the needs of your child. You will learn different approaches and strategies to help your child process difficult situations and grow from the learning experience. These approaches are your “tool kit” of proven methods to help your child. They are the same methods that you will often see repeated by professionals during office or at-home visits. You will learn how to implement ABA techniques in your everyday interaction with your child at home and reinforce any therapy they are receiving as part of our program.
