I sought guidance from Solandy for consultation services for my daughter. We were working with her services team at her elementary school on a toilet training protocol. My daughter has a very unique rare neuromuscular condition and it was clear that we needed a behavioral reinforcement program to increase her success rate, reward her successes and get her more actively involved in the process as she was capable.
When I engaged Solandy, she asked very detailed questions and immediately looked at the school data and protocol. She identified several opportunities to make enhancements based on my daughter’s unique circumstances and capabilities. Not only that, but she made sure that I was very involved and felt comfortable with each modification. She listened to me and I felt heard, which is very appreciated.
