Solstice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our Solstice Academy Program. This role supports students with diverse learning needs in a collaborative, multidisciplinary educational and clinical environment.
What You’ll Do
- Teach and support students with diverse learning needs
- Implement individualized, IEP-based instruction
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Create a structured, supportive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Special Education
- Connecticut certification (or eligibility)
- Autism experience preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
