Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) our mentored by experts in the field of Autism including master and doctoral-level Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide high-quality treatment. We train, coach, and mentor staff to work with children, families, and community providers in an effort to promote behavioral change and emotional well-being.
Our Apprenticeship Training Program
Registered Behavior Technicians who are pursuing their Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification receive a robust training experience towards their 1,500 supervision fieldwork hours on-site at Solstice. Supervision is delivered from our experts at the clinic and allows for opportunities to expand their skills within various settings including home, community, and school consultation project sites. We believe in developing a life-long mentor-mentee relationship that expands beyond the walls of Solstice. It is our duty as supervisors to provide our supervisees with exceptional learning opportunities and that is our commitment to our future candidates.
